GraphicConverter is an all-purpose image editing program that can import 200 graphic file formats, make adjustments, and save the picture in one of 80 formats.
The high-end editing tools are great for changing graphics, and you can also use plug-ins that work with Photoshop. It can convert multiple files simultaneously, has a slide show window, rename multiple files, edit metadata (EXIF, IPTC, XMP), and more.
