Bulk Image Downloader is a program that was made to help you download Full Sized pictures from almost any online gallery or forum.
Features
Support for image hosting sites: BID supports almost all popular image hosting services, including Flickr, imagevenue, imagefap, imageshack, imagebam, etc.
Sites for social networking: BID lets you download albums from Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter-related sites like tweetphoto.com, twitpic.com, and yfrog.com.
Full-Sized Images: To find full-sized images, BID uses an advanced heuristic scoring method. This means that BID can work automatically on most galleries and doesn’t need to be set up by the user.
Batch Downloading: The built-in Queue Manager makes it easy to automatically download from a long list of gallery URLs.
Integration with Web Browsers – BID works with IE, Opera, Firefox, and Chrome. Just click the right mouse button in your browser window and choose “Open current page with BID.”
Web Forum Support: BID can quickly scan through multi-page forum threads and find all image links.
Multi-Page Gallery Downloads: Out of the box, BID can find and download from the most popular multi-page web galleries.
Password-Protected Websites: If a website needs a username and password, the BID will ask for them.
Video Downloading: BID doesn’t just let you download images; you can also download directly linked videos (.avi, .wmv, .mpeg, .mov, .flv, .mp4, etc)
Embedded images: BID can find and download full-sized images, but it can also get images that are already on a page.
Filenames for images that are in order (fusker): BID supports “ranged” URLs for downloading images in order.
Image Validation: BID checks every image to make sure it was downloaded correctly. Images that don’t work are automatically tried again.
Resume Downloads: BID will pick up downloads where the connection broke off.
Downloading in multiple threads: BID can download up to 50 images at once. Download those pictures as soon as you can!
Redirection Resolution – Some sites use “services” for image redirection like imagecash, urlcash, etc. to show ads before sending you to the imagehost. These kinds of links are automatically fixed by the BID.
File name unmangling: BID will get the correct file name from image hosts that mix up filenames, like imagevenue and imagefap, where possible.
Generate File Names: You can make your own file names that are in order for image hosts that mix up the file names.
Gallery Export to HTML or BB Code – Quickly make code for a gallery that can be pasted into web forums.
